On 19 July 2026, Doc. Collins Distillery attended the Zeldzaam Mooi Market in Sonsbeek Park in Arnhem. A beautiful location, plenty of visitors and lots of great conversations made it a successful day for us.

Events like this are the perfect opportunity to introduce people to our handcrafted drinks and to the story behind Doc. Collins.

Dutch whiskey, moonshine, rum and liqueurs

Doc. Collins is an independent distillery based in Doetinchem, the Netherlands. We produce and sell a range of Dutch whiskey, moonshine, rum and liqueurs, with a strong focus on distinctive flavours and character.

At the Zeldzaam Mooi Market, visitors could discover several products from our range, including our Honey Vanilla Moonshine, Single Malt whiskey, rum and various fruit and rum liqueurs.
What we enjoy most about these events is the personal contact. Online, you can read all about a drink, but at a market we can explain where it comes from, what flavours to expect and how we recommend serving it.

Zeldzaam Mooi Market in Sonsbeek Park

The Sonsbeek Park in Arnhem is a fantastic setting for a market filled with unique, local and handcrafted products. The atmosphere fits perfectly with what Doc. Collins stands for: character, craftsmanship and products with a story.
Throughout the day, we met both returning customers and people discovering Doc. Collins for the very first time.
And that remains one of the best parts of what we do.
Whether someone is surprised by how smooth a moonshine can be, wants to talk about whiskey flavours or is looking for a special bottle as a gift, these are exactly the conversations we enjoy having.

From Doetinchem to Arnhem

As a distillery from Gelderland, we believe it is important to be visible in our own region. That is why you will regularly find Doc. Collins at markets, fairs and events in places such as Arnhem and Doetinchem.
We want to show that distinctive whiskey and spirits do not always have to come from far away. Characterful drinks are also being made right here in Gelderland, with attention to flavour, ingredients and presentation.
Our day at the Zeldzaam Mooi Market was another great opportunity to share that story.
